Aleesha young has solidly established herself in the professional bodybuilding industry as one of the best women. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in the family of sports. The siblings of her played various athletics, including skating and hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball as well as basketball until she began bodybuilding at the age of fifteen. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she began competing, it was in the year 2008. She competed in 2014 in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was ninth. The finish she achieved was 9th in 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both of 2015 and 2016 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha, who has been consistently improving her performance since then, won her very first pro competition in Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning her first Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. She finished in fourth place. But, the "World's most powerful mom" decided to take a break from training for medical reasons.
